Department: Sales
Position: Corporate Sales Coordinator (full-time)
Status at this time: Open

The Saint Louis Stunners are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Corporate Sales Coordinator. This position coordinates the Saint Louis Stunners and Corporate Sponsors by developing, presenting and closing Corporate Sponsorship accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Corporate Sponsorship Department in developing customized sales presentations for client meetings.

  • Maintain sales tracking tools with current inventory list. Work with the Sponsorship Services Department to ensure proper records are kept.

  • Works closely with the Finance Department to ensure accurate billing and payment for each account is collected in a timely fashion.

  • Generate sale leads by cold calls, referrals and networking. Stay abreast of promotional activities of other professional sports teams.

Qualifications:

  • Qualifications include a one year minimum in commission sales, preferably in sports but will consider candidate with strong sales track record.

  • Excellent oral, written and listening communications skills required.

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule.

  • Must have a strong desire to earn six figure income.

Position: Group Tickets Sales Executive (full-time)

The Saint Louis Stunners are seeking aggressive, competitive, professional, passionate, self-starters who have a proven track record of successful sales and are passionate about sports for the position of Group Tickets Sales Executive.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle group sales and promote the St. Louis Stunners.

  • Develop new group sales through active promoting St. Louis Stunners home games and various annual sporting events.

  • Help plan, organize and execute all Group Sales Account parties/special events. Assist in the development of incentive programs for group leaders.

  • Receive and resolve guest questions and concerns.

Qualifications:

The selected candidate must have excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. The ability to aggressively cold call is required. Manage multiple relationships well. Be detailed, organized and have effective time management skills. As some selling activities will occur, the selected candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule. One year minimum in commission sales is required, preferably in sports but will consider candidate with strong sales track record.

Media Relations Specialist (Full Time)

The Saint Louis Stunners seeks an individual to handles the Stunners organizational functions such as media, community, fans, league, and governmental relations; players and dance team guest appearances; conflict mediation; and employee and investor relations.

Must be able to draft news releases and contact people in the media who might print or broadcast their material. Also be able to arrange and conduct programs to keep up contact between Stunners representatives and the public.
